Property Manager Full Time Permanent

An exceptional opportunity for a well spoken, well presented and diligent Property Manager to unique independent agent within their office in Birmingham City centre. My client deal with a lot of investment lettings and as such has a large international client base.     

This role of Property Manager will include:

• All aspects of Property Management
• Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
• Cultivating trusted partnerships with overseas landlords, providing them with reassurance that their investment is being well looked after and performing well
• Dealing with maintenance
• Preparing and issuing section notices
• Dealing with general lettings administration.

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous property management experience essential
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to foster and nurture relationships, establishing trust and rapport
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages

Property Manager – Benefits

• Monday to Friday role
• £25,000-£30,000 Basic plus commission 
• Lovely working environment and team
• Monday – Friday
