An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Recruitment Consultant to join us within our established Property Division. The role will be a flexible home based role, participating in regular conference calls and monthly meetings with our head office in Gloucestershire.
As a Property Recruitment Consultant in our team you will be joining a dynamic recruitment company who pride themselves on their fresh approach to the market. Our goal is to be the market leader in property recruitment, and we are well on the way to achieving this.
We are looking for someone who has the ambition to progress their career & who thrives from earning money and doing deals.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background or at the very least have estate agency experience within a targeted role.

Property Recruitment Consultant responsibilities will include;
-Candidate Resourcing (Identifying CV’s, Interviewing Candidates)
-Writing Job Adverts
-Responding to applicants who have applied through job adverts
-Name generation of main recruitment contacts
-Adding information to Magnus James’ internal database
-Client business development
-Registering new vacancies & taking details from the client
-Giving / Receiving feedback
-360 degree recruitment
Recruitment Consultant desired Skills and Experience
You will be provided with a generous basic salary & a lucrative, above industry norm, uncapped commission scheme which will reward success.
In addition, we also run individual & company incentives of which include activities such as go karting, clay pigeon shooting, nights out and weekends in Europe.
