Regional Head of Block Management Full Time Permanent

My client who are a specialist in residential block Management Company and due to continued growth in our portfolio we are looking for a Regional Head of Block Management to join the team based in Fareham, Hampshire.

The Regional Head is primarily responsible for the supervision, motivation and development of a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Branch Accountants and Administrators in order to ensure the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates. This role will usually also require direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders.

The Regional Head is responsible for the profitability and growth of the branch.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Staff Management

Property Inspections and Maintenance: Inspections and Reports

Finance: Budgets and Client Accounts

Insurance: Building, Directors and Officers insurance

Meetings: EGMs, AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings

Correspondence and Complaints

Breaches of the Lease

Contractors

Property Sales (Assignment of the Lease)

Office Finance & reporting

General

Some Regional Heads will have a client portfolio to maintain. These properties and clients are to be managed in accordance with the guidelines given in the Property Manager job description.

Regional Head – experience needed:

An experienced manager or Senior Property Manager/Team Leader with at least 3 years Property Management experience.

Able to provide and ensure others provide, a high level of customer service.

Knowledgeable in lettings and up to date with industry legislation.

Proactive, approachable and supportive.

Highly organised, and capable of managing a team of up to 6 members of staff.

Professional, articulate and proficient in problem resolution.

Hold a UK driving licence

Ideally hold AIRPM qualification
