A highly established independent Estate Agent who are about to launch their second office is looking for a repairs coordinator with a natural flair to join our successful and growing team in Coventry. The repairs coordinator must be extremely well organised, enthusiastic and able to multi-task with ease.
The repairs coordinator role includes but is not limited to:
Working alongside the local property manager and portfolio manager departments, you will help coordinate and handle all reactive maintenance that is received from Tenants on a daily basis.
You will control the job from start to finish liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
You will use effective communication across all channels, these being Landlord, Tenants, Contractors and your Team
You will use effective note taking using and within our CRM systems
Requirements for the repairs coordinator:
Have great people skills and an eye for detail
Must be a team player and a people person
Self-motivated, organised & self-disciplined
Essential criteria for the repairs coordinator:
Strong administrational skills including telephone & computer work
