Sales & Lettings Negotiator Full Time Permanent

Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected, independent agent at their office in Cardiff.

The role of Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator is fast paced and as such you will be an ambitious individual eager to hone your skills across both sales and lettings. Ideally you will have experience in property and will be keen to add to your existing property knowledge.  

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Benefits  

• £25,000 basic salary plus commission
• Five day working week 
• Support with industry qualifications
• Funded team events 

As Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator be responsible for: 

• Generating new sales & lettings business 
• Handling incoming enquiries
• Calling out of new properties
• Booking viewings
• Cross-selling 
• Canvassing 
• Supporting negotiators with offer handling and negotiating of lets
• Viewings when required

As Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set: 

• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Exceptional customer service and previous experience of working with the general public
• Confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Able to build rapport with others quickly
• Experience within the property sector, specifically lettings, would be highly desirable 
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential
