This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven Sales Manager to come in and grow within the business.  

Estate Agent Sales Manager – Benefits

• Basic salary up to £35,000
• OTE £45,000  
• Company car option dependent on candidate
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Estate Agent Sales Manager – Duties and responsibilities: 

• Actively pursue new business and increase market share at this brand new location
• Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs 
• Analyse marketing, set and implement plan to hit yearly targets.  
• Carry out valuations 
• Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities 
• Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Balance leadership with front-line involvement in valuations and client relationships

Estate Agent Sales Manager – Experience needed 

• Proven background in residential sales
• Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings 
• Commercially aware with excellent business development skills
• Experience with growing a new business patch is highly desirable
• Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Full UK driving licence is essential
