Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits:

• £27-28,000 Basic Salary plus commission based on branch turnover – £33-35k OTE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries on a day-to-day basis
• Arrange and book viewings using the company’s internal system
• Accurately complete and maintain customer records on the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings, building rapport and understanding client requirements
• Proactively encourage second viewings and progress offers where appropriate
• Record and update detailed viewing feedback on the system
• Market new properties across all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree offers between buyers and sellers
• Ensure all administrative records are kept accurate and up to date

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed:

• Previous experience within estate agency is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with a confident, personable, and professional manner
• Solid IT skills with the ability to use internal systems effectively
• Well spoken, well presented, and customer-focused
• Highly organised with excellent time management; punctuality is essential
• Target-driven with a positive, proactive, and ambitious attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
