Your role as a Sales Negotiator:
- Develop strong relationships with clients, confidently handling enquiries
- Arrange and carry out property viewings, presenting homes in the best light
- Maintain accurate records and client feedback using internal systems
- Promote new instructions across a range of marketing channels
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to achieve the best results for clients
- Keep on top of administrative duties to ensure a smooth sales process
What we’re looking for:
- At least 12 months’ experience in the property industry
- New Homes experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Strong IT skills and keen attention to detail
- Professional, well-presented approach
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- Full UK driving licence
