 The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be respnsbile for: 

• Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Following office procedures & policies
• Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
• Order EPC’s / required compliance
• General touting for organic business growth
• Registering Applicants and book in viewings
• Conducting viewings in a professional manner
• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
• Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
• Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Has previous sales experience
• Wants to join a successful and growing busines
• Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
• Has a natural selling ability
• Has a natural flair for dealing with people and always looks to provide the best customer service
• Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
