Sales Negotiator/ Lettings Negotiator Full Time Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Sales Negotiator to join a market leading sales and lettings Estate Agent in Lincolnshire. This exceptional brand has a strong sales division and is looking for an ambitious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to complement the existing team. The successful candidate will also be involved with supporting the lettings side of the business, so prior knowledge or experience in lettings would be a welcome addition! 

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers
• Registering clients on our property software
• Arranging viewings, valuations, and mortgage advice appointments
• Conduct viewings where needed
• Overseeing the sales process
• We don’t just take offers; we truly negotiate for our clients.

The Person

• You must have at least 2 years’ experience as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will have a proven record of success and be able to demonstrate your negotiation skill. 
• Ideally have a full clean driving license and your own car.

The Reward
