Senior Account Manager – Benefits
£25k – £35k basic salary depending on experience.
Annual and quarterly bonuses.

Monday – Friday
Senior Account Manager – Duties
Managing team members.
Ensuring team members KPI’s are hit, offering support and training when needed.
Achieving rental targets and 100% occupancy rates.
Gaining new landlords
Liaising with landlords to ensure they receive an exceptional level of service.
Conduct property viewings with investors.
Regular mamgement meetings to review profitability of sites.
New business generation.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of local area and competitors.
Senior Account Manager – Experience Needed:
Previous experience of managing a team.
Strong lettings knowledge.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Good understanding of the local market.
Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
