Senior Lettings Negotiator Full Time Permanent

We’re on the lookout for a strong, business winning Senior Lettings Negotiator who’s ready to begin training as an assistant manager, working within a close-knit and well-established sales and lettings estate agency covering Poole and the surrounding area.

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be well presented and experienced within lettings valuations, business generation, all elements of the lettings process, and they will be ready to start taking responsibility for some of the day-to-day management of the team such as staff training, overseeing and allocating workloads, problem solving team issues and assisting other team members to achieve and exceed their targets. Previous management experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will be hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable, and you must be a good communicator and motivator, willing to learn and able to win business using a persuasive and professional approach.

You must have a good understanding of Poole and the surrounding area.

As the aim will be for this person to begin assuming responsibility for the line management of the lettings negotiators and property managers once settled in and trained, you will need to be a supportive and motivational leader, comfortable with training, managing targets, resolving issues within the team, leading meetings, and managing overall performance.

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be results and service orientated and must be practiced with agreeing deals while offering a high level of service and professionalism. You will need to be highly experienced with valuations, viewings, negotiations and property management, and you will have a strong understanding of current lettings processes and legislative requirements so that you will be comfortable overseeing the fill lettings cycle, supported by the teams inhouse property managers and negotiators.

To fulfil the Senior Lettings Negotiator role you must have experience as Senior Lettings Negotiator with an in depth understanding of how the local market is performing. A natural drive, tenacity and go-getter attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service is essential.
