Senior Project Manager – Consultancy Full Time Permanent

Overview

Our clients are a leading construction consultancy currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team, working hybrid with use of the Bristol office and the occasional requirement to travel to client project sites.

The ideal candidate will be an established Senior Project Manager, or an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will have experience at pre-contract project stage and be capable of handling a full range of Project Management responsibilities. Prior experience working for a consultancy are important and ideally this person will hold MRICS/ MCIOB or be on the pathway as this company can provide the support and mentorship required.  

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Ideally 4+years experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in commercial or built environment projects/ Real estate. 
• Well versed in project lifecycles, confident in client facing scenarios and developing client relationships, ensuring quality is always being delivered in line with the clients expectations.
• Preferably experience with both JCT & NEC contracts, however JCT is more important for this position.
• Ideally hold a Project Management related accreditation such as APM, Prince2 or similar.
• A Project Management or construction related degree would be preferable, but we are open to candidates who have taken a different route to start their career.
• Hold MRICS/MCIOB, or be on the pathway to achieving this.
• The successful candidate will be involved with driving the businesses success going forward, must be confident and concise in information delivery, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and most importantly be driven and ambitious.
• Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Expected salary of £50,000 – £65,000 (dependant on experience), hybrid working with the occasional requirement for project site visits. Excellent growth opportunities available with support towards qualifications if so desired.
