Senior Property Manager – Benefits

Senior Property Manager – Duties

• Managment of the property management team and department
• Overseeing the entire portfolio and ensuring compliance and retention
• Dealing with maintenance.
• Doing mid term inspections.
• Organising contractors.
• Dealing with maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance.
• Dealing with deposit disputes.
• Organising works when required.
• Organising tenancy paperwork.
• Getting involved in serving section notices.
• General Property Manager duties.

Senior Property Manager – Experience Needed:

• Previous lettings/ property management experience is essential
• Ideally with at least 4 years property managment experience
• Ideally ARLA qualified
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using CRM systems and property management software
