Senior Quantity Surveyor Contract Full Time

My client is a leading consultancy that provides Cost and Commercial professionals to the utilities and infrastructure sector for some of the largest businesses in the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a long term contract with a major Water Company across multiple levels. The office is based in Peterborough however the role offers hybrid working so would suit any candidate that may potentially be only looking to commute to Peterborough once or twice a week.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have to have previous Water utilities experience and have a strong knowledge of NEC frameworks within the UK. In return my client offers a contract that could genuinely be very long term (subject to performance) and a strong daily rate outside of IR35. Due to their work book and project book the role could well offer longevity in years as opposed to months.
