My client in Reading is currently looking for a Technical Support Manager to join their growing team. Candidates will be expected to have previous experience working in IT support functions from 1st– 3rd line support and have good technical background knowledge. This position also requires the individual to work closely with clients continuously to ensure their systems and product are always functioning as expected, and help them to get the most out of the product itself. Internal training will be provided on the company’s product offering so the ability to learn quickly and want to further your own technical knowledge is also important.
