A very rare opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Estate Agency for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their thriving office in Bristol city centre.  My clients have long had a reputation as a high quality, reputable agent in Bristol and are looking for a Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their lettings team.   

Lettings Administrator – Benefits 

• £26,000 basic salary
• OTE £28,000  
• Well respected independent company 
• Monday to Friday only
• Hybrid element
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Lettings Administrator – Duties:  

• Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements
• Coordinate student tenancies
• Carry out Right to Rent checks
• Process rental protection claims and paperwork
• Process deposit returns
• Maintain compliance and up-to-date records

Lettings Administrator – Experience needed  

• Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous, but not essential
• Previous experience dealing with administration is required
• Understanding of Right to Rent checks and/or rent protection policies is a bonus but not essential
