Tenancy Progressor – Duties:

Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements.

Progressing tenancies through until move in.

Organising pre tenancy paperwork.

Updating window cards.

Updating property details on the system.

Filing safety certificates and ensuring they are up to date.

General tenancy progression duties.

Tenancy Progressor – Experience needed

Previous experience as a lettings negotiator, lettings admin, tenancy progressor or property manager is advantageous.
