Tenancy Renewals Coordinator – Responsibilities

• Speaking with Landlords & Tenants regarding their upcoming property renewals
• Cross selling additional products to both Landlords & Tenants
• Effectively handling incoming queries and enquiries
• Manage our software system for tenancy renewals including all administration
• Ensure all paperwork/legal documents are prepared within agreed timescales
• Operate within the realms of most recent lettings legislation and to the standards set by regulatory bodies
• Act in accordance with GDPR regulations
• Demonstrate high levels of communication, professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with landlords and tenants at all levels

Tenancy Renewals Coordinator – Experience needed

• Ideally has 1 years’ experience in a similar role such as a Lettings Administrator or existing Tenancy Renewals Coordinator
• Be looking to job successful and growing business
• Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
• Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
• Possesses strong negotiating & communication skills
