You will be supporting a team of property managers in the service of a large portfolio.

The role of Trainee Property Manager will include:

• Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
• Dealing with maintenance in a timely manner
• Preparation of section notices as required
• Working to ensure property compliance is maintained
• Dealing with general lettings administration in order to support and assist with a well run portfolio

Trainee Property Manager – Experience Needed

Essential:

• Ideally some experience within lettings administration or property management / maintenance support although not essential as training can be provided fo the right person
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
