The position of Workshop Manager will be based from the Gildersome site, taking responsibility for all vehicle maintenance and repairs for the company’s fleet within the workshop, and management of the operational yard. This will include handling budgets, ordering materials, machine tools and managing the small team within the workshop. Previous experience servicing Heavy vehicles/ machinery will be very transferable into this position.
The Workshop Manager will also take responsibility for all Health and Safety within the site, maintain safe working practices and keep COSHH information updated and communicated within the team. This is a hands-on role, so the workshop manager will ideally come from a background of fitter or maintenance/ repair engineer to have a solid background of knowledge to draw from.

The successful Workshop Manager can expect to earn a base salary of £30,000 – £35,000, receive a twice annual bonus, and a long list of further company benefits. Immediate starts available.
