Lettings Administrator – Duties:
- Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinating all pre- and post-tenancy administration
- Maintaining and updating property marketing materials and online listings
- Ensuring property compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Managing digital and physical filing systems efficiently
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team
- Handling enquiries and liaising with landlords and tenants where required
Lettings Administrator – Experience needed
- Previous experience within residential lettings administration is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
