As Property Manager, what’s in it for you?
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary dependent on experience
- Monday – Friday working week
- Parking permit provided
- Support with ARLA qualification if not already held
Your role as a Property Manager:
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring properties remain compliant and organising EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCs
- Handling deposit returns and any disputes
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Serving relevant notices in line with landlord instruction
- Maintaining accurate tenancy administration records
- Chasing rent arrears when required
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently
What we’re looking for from a Property Manager:
- Previous property management experience is essential – at least 18 months’ experience required
- ARLA qualification is highly desirable
- Strong communication and people skills – building lasting relationships is key!
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solid IT skills and excellent attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality and great organisational skills
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
