We are looking for a creative and motivated Property Photographer to join our team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality photography content and floor plans that showcases our properties for sale and rent in the best possible light. Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs of residential properties for sale and rent.
- Edit photos and floor plans to a professional standard, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and update social media platforms, posting engaging content to promote properties and company activity.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing materials and digital content for property promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and rental teams on all visual content to ensure it aligns with the wider vision
- Maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Travel between properties, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a photographer ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong photo editing skills
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Confident managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
