Are you a highly organised, well-presented Sales Consultant looking to take the next step in your property career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, independent estate agency in the role of Sales Consultant at their Westbury office.
As Sales Consultant, what’s in it for you?
- £30,000 OTE dependent on experience
- A varied, branch-based role within an established independent agent
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with every other Saturday and a day off in lieu
- The opportunity to develop your property knowledge and progress your career
- A busy and varied environment where you’ll play a key role within the sales team
Your Role as a Sales Consultant:
- Build strong relationships with clients, handling enquiries confidently both face to face and over the telephone
- Assist buyers with their property searches and manage enquiries across multiple property portals
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Follow up viewing feedback and keep client records accurate and up to date
- Oversee branch marketing material and ensure all property displays are kept current
- Play an important role in sales progression, helping transactions move smoothly through to successful completion
- Stay on top of administration and ensure everything is organised and running smoothly
What we’re looking for from a Sales Consultant:
- Previous experience within a similar role would be preferable
- Knowledge and experience of buying and selling property would be highly beneficial
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
- A proactive, confident and professional approach – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Smart and well-presented with a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
